UC Communications, Marketing, and Sales Professionals (ComMaS) are organizing to form a union of ~2,000 workers in our job titles! By growing strong majority support for our union, we gain a stronger say over decisions that impact our jobs and the opportunity to bargain a contract with UC administration. Fill out this survey to help determine what improvements to prioritize in contract negotiations.

The survey is intended to determine which broad issues matter most to ComMaS. The colleagues you elect to represent you on the bargaining committee will use the results of this survey to draft Initial Bargaining Demands that all ComMaS will vote to ratify.
