Because of widespread support for unionization among Communications, Marketing, and Sales professionals on all UC campuses, the state labor board has scheduled a union election to take place online from February 25-March 10, 2026. Without a union, UC unilaterally determines our working conditions and can change them at any time without our consent. But if a strong majority votes to form ComMaS-UAW, we can join UC colleagues in collective bargaining to advance our careers and build a stronger university system. 

To ensure that we win our union with the broad support needed to win a strong contract, comms professionals are filling out this form to commit to vote pro-union in the election.
